| The MH5S and MH5LS models are compact and powerful robots designed for small parts assembly, material handling and packaging. The new "slim arm" design reduces
potential interference between the robot tooling and upper arm. This new design also
improves the B-axis range of motion and shortens the distance between the B-axis and
the T-axis mounting flange.
Compact, Powerful and Economical - MH5S model: 706 mm reach; ±0.02 mm repeatability. Widest work envelope in its class. - Extended-reach MH5LS robot: 895 mm horizontal reach; ±0.03 mm repeatability for applications requiring a larger work envelope. - 5 kg payload. Improved moment ratings provide increased carrying capacity. - Small footprint and minimal interference radius (179 mm) maximizes floorspace utilization. - Floor mounted. Brakes on all axes. - Internally routed cables and hoses maximize system reliability. | |

| MLX100 Robot Gateway - The MLX100 Robot Gateway™ provides a single unified controls platform for the robot, motion, logic and communications. - Robot kinematics and motion planning is performed on the MLX100 Robot Gateway minimizing ControlLogix® processor demand. - The robot is programmed entirely on RSLogix™ 5000 using Add-On-Instructions (AOIs) in a ladder format that is familiar to your current maintenance department. - I/O and motion expansion is accomplished via the ControlLogix platform. - Yaskawa drives are matched to the robot and delivered on a compact panel suitable for flexible integration. - Training requirements are reduced by employing familiar hardware and programming software. - The MLX100 Robot Gateway is available with a variety of other Motoman® robots. - Simulation and development software package (MLX-Sim) available as option. - Operating on a ControlLogix platform, MLX provides seamless integration to Cognex vision systems using In-Sight® Explorer. - MLX100 is powered by Agile Planet software. | |
